The Erickson Center for the Arts is proud to present the Missoula Children's Theatre in Curtis this summer!
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of"HANSEL AND GRETEL"
Students in grades 1-12 are encouraged to register and audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Assistant Directors will also be cast to aid in rehearsals throughout the week and to take on essential backstage responsibilities.
Registration fee: $50/child $30 for each additional child
Registration deadline is July 7th. Fee must be paid to the ECA office by the audition date, July 14th. Call 906.586.9974 or stop into the office during business hours to register your child/children.Registration fee is non-refundable, with exceptions for a health or emergency event that prevents student from participating. PLEASE NOTE: Unless there is an unusually high number of auditioners, EVERYONE auditioning will be cast for this production.
Auditions will be held for the Missoula Children's Theatre production of HANSEL AND GRETEL Monday, July 14th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at The Pine Performance Center, Curtis. Please share audition information with friends and family who have school age children.
Those auditioning should arrive at 11:45 and plan to stay for the full two hours. Most cast, if not ALL members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the auditions. This rehearsal will end at 4:15.
Among the roles to be cast are: Those intrepid adventurers, Hansel and Gretel, Their Granny, The Wildwood Witch and her loyal cooks, Modern day campers – somehow lost in time in the wood, Lots of Rascals - denizens of the deep, A flock of cuddly Wallybirds.
The Missoula Children's Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. The MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week (Tuesday-Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 2:15 PM each day with a short break. HANSEL AND GRETEL will be presented twice on Friday, July 18th at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM at The Pine Performance Center.

Rehearsals: Tuesday, July 15th – Thursday July 17th 10 AM-2:15 PM with short break.
Performance: Friday, July 18th 5:30 PM AND 7:30 PM The Pine Performance Center.
