"The Erickson Center for the arts presents: "Seasonal & Simple", a cooking
class taught by Rachel Mills utilizing Middle Eastern cuisine as
inspiration for healthy, simple meals. In this class you will learn to
cook meals prepared using ingredients available in a Northern Climate.
Includes a hands-on pickling component: students will learn a simple
pickling method and take home a jar of their own."
