CAN USA Woodwind Quintet Concert
The Canusa Woodwind Quintet is comprised of members of the Sault Symphony Orchestra and was formed in 2016. Despite its young age as an ensemble, the members of the group have many years of performing experience in similar groups or orchestras. The quintet consists of artists Rob Galbraith, flute, Cathy Wilkinson, oboe, Dr. John Wilkinson, clarinet, Barbara Finch, bassoon, and Brian Carter, French horn. Dr. Edward Turgeon joins the quintet as a guest pianist. Dr. Turgeon is an Associate Professor of Music at Algoma University. He is a member of the piano duo, “Duo Turgeon”, with his wife Anne.
$15 at the door. General seating, doors open at 6:30 PM.
