Colorful Clay Plate Art Class with Tina Doorn

Make not one, but TWO of your own functional clay plates to decorate and take home. Artist Tina Doorn will show participants the “slump mold’ and “slip decorating” techniques while they create and paint two pieces of beautiful, usable art.
Tina is also offering the participants of her class to come into her studio and observe the final glazing and kiln loading procedure with their plates! Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to get a behind the scenes look into her studio. Deadline for registration is Thursday, March 2nd. Call the ECA office to sign up. This class will be held in the lower level of the Erickson Center, however, if 4 or less people sign up the class will be held at Tina's studio.
